Frances and James had a beautiful location for their wedding, their family property in Old Forge. It wasn’t just pleasing to the eye; it was a treat for all of the senses. The sight of the beautiful mountains across the lake, the sound of the waves lapping up on the shore as boats, filled with waving passengers cheering on the wedding, passed by; the smell of freshly popped popcorn in the air; and of course the taste of wedding cake baked and decorated with love by Frances’s brother and mother. Many hands of friends and family came together for this wedding, tending to all of the details on their big day. The ceremony was conducted by Frances’s other brother, under the sun, at the water’s edge. From there, guests were treated to a lovely boat ride as the sun set. The boat was stocked with snuggies and captain’s hats for their guests to enjoy. When the boat came in, guests lined the doc with the opportunity to throw rice at the newlyweds. From there, the party officially started with introductions, dinner, formalities and an epic dance floor. The band had almost everyone on their feet and dancing the night away. We wish France and James the happiest of ever afters as they start this new chapter of their lives!
