Megan and Dan are a beautiful couple that had a beautiful day for a beautiful wedding. We met up with Megan first to find that two of her bridesmaids were sporting cute baby bumps and a third had twin baby girls. The mama and mamas-to-be looked stunning as did Megan. Dan and the groomsmen were getting ready down the hall. After they helped each other through the chaos of tightening ties and folding pocket squares, Dan gave a heartfelt toast to how important their friendship was to him. Then they were off on a very important assignment: dress their dog, Melo, into his own fitted tux for the day… he would, after all, be running down his aisle to Daddy Dan. And Melo was a star. He hung with the guys, kicking back in his tuxedo for an hour before the show began and rallied through the photo shoot that followed the ceremony. A 1920’s theme was perfect for their venue at 60 State; guests dressed to the nines in flapper costumes and fedoras. A snapshot of the evening looked like it could have been taken from a page in The Great Gatsby. Perhaps my favorite touch though, was the photobooth props: money bags, tommy guns, and fake cigars. Megan and Dan truly created a night to remember. We know they will enjoy looking back at this night for years to come!
