Kristen and Ken have a unique love story figuratively made in heaven but literally made at Camp Chingachgook… oddly they are not our first couple to find true love there! Their family and friend’s were so much fun to work with that my cheeks hurt from smiling throughout the day. And when you get to know them, it is no surprise that they are surrounded by so much love. Mother Nature sent some love their way as well, as she waited until well into cocktail hour to send down the rain. The day began with bridal party bonding, some very sweet exchanging of cards, and a sweet first look. After that a fun session of photos took place including champaign, corn hole, and a whole lot of sass. Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony. The skies may have been dry, but there were few dry eyes when Kristen and Ken read their own vows to each other. It was clear to all what a great fit these two are. At the reception, Kristen’s parents, maid of honor, and the best man gave some very moving and yet laugh out loud speeches. The guests transitioned from dinner to the dance room… and dancing they did! Who wouldn’t want to cut a rug with his and her Converse sneakers? We are glad they were good sports though about coming out into the rain for some hopefully memorable night shots. We wish these two the best of luck as they continue their adventure through life together as husband and wife!
